Ezekiel 37:1-14 āā¦ I will put my SpiritĀ in you and you will live, and I will settleĀ you in your own land. Then you will know that I theĀ LordĀ have spoken, and I have done it, declares theĀ Lord.ā In this passage, God gives ālevelsā to the prophet Ezekiel. It speaks of the transformation of the body. Bones, then sinews, flesh, then breathe. In many ways, one could easily compare the Laudate workouts to this passage in the sense of building up our physical bodies. However, an often overlooked aspect of our overall health profile definitely has to come from the spiritual side. The church is often referred to as the body and in this way, we are striving to build our own mini āhouse of Israelā at the gym. God gathers the body and physically and spiritual transforms us, recreating our bodies through our praise while training. Take a moment during your next workout to ābreathe from the four windsā that God provides to give us life. Ask Him for strength. As always, join us this Saturday morning for some faith based fitness! By iron, through iron, to iron. Laudate. God Bless, The Laudate Team |
